All appointments and treatments are prepaid. Prices are indicative and confirmed at your initial assessment; the initial assessment fee applies whether or not you go on to have treatment. Our terms and conditions apply.

Book and prepay your initial assessment
- All initial assessments require prepayment. Review the appointment guide to understand how our service works.
Step 3
Attend your initial assessment
- Your clinician assesses your condition and discusses what happens next — treatment, tests, a prescription, or reassurance that nothing needs doing. Some minor procedures may be available on the same day where arranged in advance.
Step 4
Book your treatment, if recommended
- You will receive a care plan if treatment has been recommended, which outlines the fees. Treatment is booked as a separate appointment and requires prepayment. The initial assessment fee is not deducted from the cost of treatment.
Step 5
Review consultation

A review consultation checks your progress, goes through any results and decides whether treatment should be continued, changed or stopped. Review consultations are listed under “Seen us before” below.

- Obtaining results or documents from other providers – £30 per 15 minutes or part of. Please bring any relevant reports and results from other centres to your appointment. If you ask us to obtain them for you, a deposit is required, international postage or calls are charged extra, and you must first give each centre permission to release your records to us. We cannot guarantee they will be provided; that is at the discretion of your previous providers.
- Letters, summaries and forms for a third party – £50 per page. For an insurer, employer, university or similar, including forms to complete and stamp. Allow around 5 days. Your consultation record is included in your assessment fee and is often enough as evidence of your care, at no extra cost.
- Referral letters or emails to third parties – £50 per page. Allow around 5 days.
- Email correspondence – from £50 per email. Unless a consultation is needed. Allow around 5 days.
- Reports, research, forms and other commissioned work – quoted on request. Where we are able to offer it.
